BRINGITBACK Campaign Launched
We were delighted to be joined by branch members, stewards and the press at the launch of our graveyard of lost jobs and services on budget day. The graveyard installation is the key to our BRINGITBACK campaign to fight for re-investment in local government.
We'll be touring the graveyard around the city over the coming months, with the aim of raising awareness of and commemorating what we have lost but also to open conversations with residents on how we turn our grief into action.
"We've got to get people believing again that they and their families deserve good public services and to be able to thrive in their lives."
