Unison support for Living Wage

Brighton and Hove Unitary Unison branch has pledged £5,000 from the regional General Political Fund to support the city’s Living Wage campaign. Since it launched six years ago it has signed up more than 350 employers, who guarantee to pay the £8.75 per hour Living Wage to their staff.

Last week was Living Wage Week and was marked in the city by an event at the i360 – a Living Wage employer.
